1. Product Introduction: Translucent or opalescent bonded fluoro-silicon compound, aiming at the technical characteristics of automotive turbo tube, fluoro-silicon elastomer is used as the base rubber, using a unique formula process to meet the harsh requirements of high and low temperature resistance and fuel resistance of turbo tube, and can be directly rolled and co-vulcanized with methyl vinyl silicone rubber in production, no special treatment is required, and the process is simple. It can be widely used in automotive turbocharged tubes, mechanical equipment resistant tubing and other markets.
2. Usage: Mixing: First in the smelting machine back several times, add the vulcanization agent (add ratio 0.6-1%), eat the material and then back to 0.5mm-1mm thin through 8-10 times after the film park. Vulcanization: The mixed rubber with a good vulcanization agent is returned to the sheet or cut into the desired shape, and then vulcanized on the forming machine (customers should determine the most appropriate vulcanization temperature and time according to the size of the product and the vulcanization method).
3. Storage: Store in dry environment at room temperature, valid for one year.
