In open systems, it can be used in the temperature range of -40-240℃.


Used as a lubricant

Fluorosilicone oil on the surface of the substrate can be formed by chemical adsorption of the outer chemical composition of -CF3, with a high hydrophobic molecular assembly film, can greatly reduce the friction coefficient of the substrate.


When trifluoropropyl silicone oil is used as grease base oil, the lubricity between steel and steel boundary can be significantly improved. For the watch and clock industry and micro-machinery industry, due to the surface energy of the compound as low as 20mN/m, can reduce the surface friction coefficient, also can be used as a high grade lubricant. The lubricants prepared by fluorosilicone oil, perfluoropolyether and polyphenylene ether are used for the lubrication of disc drivers, laser printers and other electronic machinery. They can withstand the high temperature above 121℃ and do not decompose under the condition of high speed of 1.4 million per minute, and make the lubricated material have reliable performance.


Typical applications:

1. Vacuum pump lubricating oil for treating chemical reaction gas;

2, can be used for bearing lubrication in extremely low temperature and extremely high temperature environment;

3. Chemically inert to fuel and other chemicals, used in steam power cycle system;

4. Base oil for thickening grease;

5, watch industry and micro machinery industry grease base oil.


Used as surface treating agent for fabric, leather, paper, etc

Fluorosilicone oil is often used for waterproof, antifouling finishing of fabric, leather, etc., and has oil and solvent resistance. Alkyl chains containing 8 to 10 perfluorocarbon atoms are generally required to achieve great water-repellent effect. For fluorinated organosilicon polymers with the same number of carbon atoms, the water-repellent property of straight chain is more effective than that of branched chain.


1, containing sevofluoro isopropyl propyl (or ethyl) side chain fluorosilicone oil, its unique T-shaped fluorostructure gives the product a good fluorine shielding effect, used for fabric finishing can greatly improve the fabric water repellent oil, antifouling performance;

4, with perfluoroolefin, hydroxyl silicone oil, ethylene oxide, diisocyanate as raw material synthesis fluorosilicone modified polyurethane waterproof and oil-proof finishing agent, used for waterproof and oil-proof finishing of fabric, leather and other fiber fabrics, so that it has excellent waterproof and oil-proof, and increase softness, smoothness and elasticity;

5, to macromolecules containing hydrogen silicone oil and fluoroolefin polymerization under the catalyst to obtain fluorosilicone oil, fluorine content in the polymer is controllable, can be widely used as textiles, paper, metal, glass, ceramics and other surface waterproof oil treatment, as well as plastic, rubber film removal agent and water and oil pipeline resistance reduction agent;

The protective coating used for solar energy installations in desert areas can play its advantages of low surface energy and self-cleaning; Because of its low friction of film formation, it is used as lubricant and protective coating for magnetic recording media and lens protective coating for some optical instruments and equipment, such as cameras and cameras.


The coating, which is made up of hydroxy-terminated fluorosilicone oil, small molecule siloxane, nano-silica, decabromodiphenyl ethane, has excellent flame retardancy, solvent resistance, oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance and good self-cleaning, the coating surface is smoother, can form a film once, and the service life can reach more than 20 years. Used as a defoamer

Because the surface tension of fluoroalkyl silicone oil, especially long-chain perfluoroalkyl silicone oil, is lower than that of other silicone oils, the defoamer prepared by it is more effective in reducing the surface tension of various foaming systems, and the effect is better than other silicone oil defoamer. Both homopolymer and copolymer fluoroalkyl silicone oils can be used as defoaming agents. Fluorosilicone oil defoaming agent can be used in petroleum, textile, synthetic rubber and resin industry, paint and ink industry, food processing and fermentation industry and medical applications.


Application of secondary fluorosilicone oil products

Fluorosilicone grease, fluorosilicone paste

Fluoroalkyl silicone oil can be used as base oil, by adding thickeners, stabilizers and modified additives to prepare fluorosilicone grease and fluorosilicone paste. When trifluoropropyl silicone oil is used as grease base oil, the steel - steel boundary lubricity can be significantly improved. It can be used alone, or mixed with dimethyl silicone oil or methyl phenyl silicone oil, its lubricity is obviously better than chlorinated phenyl silicone oil, even better than mineral grease under high load. Thickener can be divided into lithium soap (fluorosilicone grease) or silica, silicone resin (fluorosilicone paste) by product form. The crude product obtained from the mixture of base oil, thickener and modified additives must be moved to the three-roller machine for further grinding, so as to obtain uniform fluorosilicone grease or fluorosilicone paste without coarse particle thickener or modified additives.


Fluorosilicone grease is suitable for -70 ~ 252 ℃, can be used in contact with chemical agents of high speed, heavy load bearing lubrication, contact with corrosive compounds of the valve lubrication and sealing. Fluorosilicone paste can be used as a high vacuum silicone paste for lubrication and sealing of areas exposed to benzene solvents.


Fluorosilicon mold release agent

Fluorosilicone oil can also be used to prepare mold release agent, it has good viscosity resistance and lubricity, does not corrode the mold, can be used in molding, pouring, packaging and coating processes. An emulsion or solvent-free product consisting of a polymer based on fluorosilicone oil, used as a paper isolator.
